Copyright & Takedown Policy

Music on Intube Music is published by Intube Media and by approved artists and labels who confirm they hold the rights to their uploads. If you believe content on Intube Music infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act promptly.

1. How to send a takedown request

Use the report form at the bottom of this page, or email intubemediaofficial@gmail.comwith the subject “Copyright Takedown”. Either way, include:

1. your full name, postal address, phone number and email;
2. the work you own (song title, album, ISRC or other identifier);
3. the exact Intube Music link(s) of the content you want removed (for example https://intubemusic.com/song/<slug>);
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law;
5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
6. your physical or electronic signature.

2. What we do

• We acknowledge valid notices, normally within 3 working days.
• We remove or disable access to the reported content while we review, and we notify the uploader.
• Repeat infringers lose upload rights and may have their accounts terminated under our repeat-infringer policy.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you hold the rights, email us with the removed link, your contact details, an explanation of your rights in the work, and your consent to resolve any dispute in the courts of India. If we receive a valid counter-notice we may restore the content.

4. Artists, labels and licensing

If you are an artist, composer or label and want your catalogue on Intube Music, or want to correct credits, artwork or metadata, email intubemediaofficial@gmail.com.

5. False claims

Submitting a knowingly false takedown request may make you liable for damages. Please be sure of your rights before you send a notice.
