Account & Data Deletion

Delete from the app

1. Open the Intube Music app or website and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Delete by email

If you cannot sign in, email intubemediaofficial@gmail.comfrom your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email, password, bio and profile image
• Your playlists
• Liked songs and albums
• Followed artists
• Your comments
• Recently played and listening history

Deletion is immediate and permanent in our live database. Encrypted backups are rotated and fully overwritten within 30 days.

What is kept

• Music published to the platform by an approved artist or label account stays available, because other listeners and rights holders depend on it. The upload is no longer linked to your personal profile.
• Records we must retain by law (for example payment or tax records for paid subscriptions).
