1. Who we are
Intube Music is a music streaming service operated by Intube Media. These terms form an agreement between you and Intube Media covering the website intubemusic.com and the Intube Music Android app.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, infringe copyright, or harm other users or the service.
3. Using the service
Intube Music grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- download, rip, record, redistribute or publicly perform content unless we allow it;
- circumvent any security, rate limit, geo-restriction or access control;
- scrape, crawl or reverse engineer the service or use bots to inflate play counts;
- upload malware or interfere with other users’ use of the service;
- impersonate others or post unlawful, hateful, abusive or infringing material.
4. Content rights
All music, artwork, trademarks and software on Intube Music belong to Intube Media, its artists, labels or licensors and are protected by copyright law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any content to you.
5. Content you upload
If your account is approved to upload music, you confirm that you own or control all necessary rights to that content, and you grant Intube Music a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, encode, stream, display and promote it on the service. You remain responsible for the content you upload, and we may remove it at any time if we receive a valid complaint or believe it breaches these terms. See our Copyright & Takedown Policy.
6. User content
Playlists, comments and profile information you add remain yours, but you grant us permission to display them within the service. Public playlists may be visible to other users.
7. Free tier and advertising
The free tier of Intube Music is supported by advertising. By using the free tier you agree that banner and audio advertisements may be shown during your session.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Where paid plans are offered, prices, billing periods and included features are shown before purchase. Payments made through Google Play are handled by Google and subject to Google Play’s terms, including its refund policy. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Google Play account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change or discontinue features, or restrict availability in certain regions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intube Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using Intube Music and delete your account at any time from the account deletion page. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless local law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
